Al Hassan Group launches Suggestion Scheme called All Ideas Matter - AIM (14 Jul 2013)
The Al Hassan Group of Companies recently announced the launch of its revamped suggestion scheme titled- All Idea Matter (AIM) with an objective to further boost bilateral exchange of ideas that are necessary for an organizations growth. The new scheme promises to open up further channels of internal communication and improve the overall performance of the organisation.
As part of AIM, every employee’s suggestion will be is looked at as an important individual contribution and will be given the necessary time for evaluate and implementation. All suggestions will be evaluated according to prescribed standards relevant to the mode of operation, costs involved, revenues anticipated after implementation. Employees will be rewarded for their suggestions post their implementation.
