Al Hassan Group of Companies participates in the 8th World Chamber Congress Exhibition in Qatar(21 May 2013)
The Al Hassan Group of Companies, one of Oman’s leading business group’s today announced that it had participated in the 8th World Chamber Congress Exhibition (ICC WCF) held in Qatar recently to showcase their various business lines and service proposition. This was the first time that the Group was represented at the event through The Public Authority for Investment Promotion & Export Development (PAIPED), Sultanate of Oman.
The ICC WCF, a governing body, invited various countries through their respective Chamber of Commerce & Trade to encourage their country’s business houses, manufacturers, traders, builders & contractors, etc. to participate in the exhibition organized by them in order to find a B2B partners which can help them to diversify their activities to other places as well.

An international forum like this provided Al Hassan the perfect platform to showcase the Group and its various business lines and also the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of chambers of commerce, insights into the latest business trends and meet with business leaders." The Al Hassan stall was located in the OMAN pavilion, and show cased its important Group companies like Al Hassan Switchgear Manufacturing (AHSG), Al Hassan Electricals(AHE) and Hi-Tech Services and supplies besides showcasing a complete overview of the Group. AHSG showcased some of its key product lines such as - AHSG manufactured D/O small Form-4 panel in CUBIC enclosure & with ABB breakers, Al Hassan Switchgear manufactured Final Distribution Boards with Plug in MCB, Various lighting products by AHE Lighting division etc . From being one of the first retail shops in selling the lighting bulbs in Oman three decades ago, to emerging as one of the leading companies in lighting solutions market of Oman today, Al Hassan Lighting Division has come a long way.
