Al Hassan Engineering Company SAOG appoints Dr. Fahd Bakour as the New CEO (13 Jan 2014)
Al Hassan Engineering Company (AHEC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Fahd Bakour as the new CEO effective from Sunday, Jan 12, 2014.
Dr. Fahd obtained his Ph.D in Engineering Management from the University of Atlanta, USA and MS in Construction Management from the University of Birmingham, UK. He brings to Al Hassan Engineering over 25 years of professional managerial experience in the contracting sector working in different countries. Most recently, Dr. Fahd served as the Executive Director of a leading EPC Group based in UAE.
Dr. Fahd looks to continue Al Hassan Engineering’s considerable success by bringing the same strategic acuity and innovative mindset he has used to foster success in the past.
The management of AHEC warmly welcomes Dr. Fahd Bakour to the team and looks forward to continued growth and success under his leadership. The Management also expresses gratitude to Mr. Peter Hall, the former CEO of AHEC for his contribution towards the growth of the company. Peter in addition to the smooth transition of responsibilities to the New CEO will be working as Advisor to the Managing Director.
